Robert Crawford Death – The authorities has identified a man who was shot to death early Monday, July 13, 2020, near a local bar, as 33-year-old Robert Crawford.
According to the police, Robert Crawford was shot in the 200 block of East 16th Avenue, near the Blue Room Lounge. He is reported to have addresses in Gary and Indianapolis.

Crawford was pronounced dead at about 3:15 am. after the shooting.
About 2 a.m, the police and the coroner’s office responded to a report of shooting in the location.
Upon arrival of the officers, they saw a crowd of people standing around a man who was lying on a sidewalk, says Gary police Lt. Dawn Westerfield.
Investigation is still ongoing.
