Robert Glessner Passed Away | Cause Of Death:
Robert Glessner of Creston died January 28, 2020 following fatal vehicle crash that happened on Wayne County Road 6, south of Wayne Township Road 229, said troopers.
Robert Glessner passed away Tuesday at about 7:59 p.m in accident. He passed on at the age of 87 from injuries sustained in crash, said report.
Around 1:45 p.m, Robert was traveling southbound in a vehicle, when for reasons unknown, he lost control of the vehicle, veered off the right side off the road, drove back onto the road again, where it skidded passed the center line and it swerved off the left side of the road, hit a ditch and turned multiple times and it came to a halt in a field on the left side of the road. The impact of the crash made him to be partially ejected from the car and severely injured at the scene, said police.
Glessner was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead few hours after the crash, said report.
The accident remains under investigation.
