Robeson County Shooting – The Robeson County Sheriff Office was alerted to a shooting on Tobacco Road in Fairmont just before 7:30 p.m.
According to the County’s office, they found three dead people upon arrival.

Officers said they found 48-year-old David Rouse suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, who told the officers that a 77-year-old Sonny Moore had shot him.
ABC-affiliate WPDE reports that warrants for the offense of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflict grave injuries was obtained by the officers.
Officers received another call during the attempt to arrest Moore, on the bodies of two women found in White Oak Island Private Cemetery and Wildlife on Highway 904, a property owned by Moore.
The women were identified as 63-year-old Laura Speights of Orrum and 46-year-old Anna Faulk of Fairmont.
According to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, Moore was later found dead on his property at South Creek Road from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
It was revealed that Moore used the White Oak Island Private Cemetery and Wildlife as a gathering place on Saturday for a fish fry.
David Rouse was taken to the hospital where he is expected to recover.
