Rodney J. Freeman Death – A dead 21-year-old man has been identified as Rodney J. Freeman.
Freeman was found dead in a retention pond in an officer-involved death on Tuesday, says the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office.

He was found dead in the pond in the 500 block of River Place in Monona around 5:45 p.m.
Reports have it that Freeman died from drowning.
Investigation is ongoing by the Department of Justice and the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
