Roger Buckley Death | Roger Buckley Obituary – Roger Buckley passed away peacefully, Roger Buckley,  Born in New York City in 1937, he earned a doctorate in British Empire history from McGill University in 1975. Roger was the founding director of the Asian American Studies Institute at UConn, and a passionate scholar who inspired generations of students.  Roger Buckley was a nice person he contributed passionately to the program and his community. He will be greatly missed.
