Romell O’Qin also known as Rell was shot and killed on Sunday, November 17, just after midnight. Qin was shot dead while inside a business at Waz’s Pub near 46th Street and Burleigh Street.
Romell was 42-year-old at the time of his death. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident was believed to be the result of a verbal argument. Police were seeking the shooter.
