Rose Kelly passed away December 5, 2019 following a severe vehicle collision that happened on the Nepean Highway in Seaford, according to police.
Rose died Thursday at the age of 43 in a fatal-vehicle-crash, according to police.
Kelly was driving on the Nepean Highway in Seaford, when the vehicle deviate onto the wrong side of the roadway and crashed into another vehicles, She was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to report.
Preliminary investigation indicated that a 20 year-old driver from Sandringham has been arrested as the primary cause of the incident.
