Rugby league footballer, Les Campbell who played in the 1910s for New Zealand, Wellington, and Newtown RLFC, have died.
Campbell passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019, at the age of 84. He was born in England on July 26, 1935
Campbell started his career with Wigan Athletic, making five appearances in the Lancashire Combination before turning professional and joining Preston North End in 1953.
