Maryland State police have identified Charles Canfield and Carmen Canfield as the victim of vehicle accident that happened in Washington County.
According to police, three lives were lost in the two-vehicle crash that occurred Friday evening on Greencastle Pike.

Initial investigation shows that a Mitsubishi Outlander driven by Charles Canfield attempted to make a U-turn in the travel portion of the road when it was struck by a Kia Rio.
Charles Canfield was 72-year-old and Carmen Canfield 82 at the time of their deaths. They are all from Sharpsburg.
