Nobel laureate, Stan Cohen has died. He passed away Wednesday Feb. 5, 2020 in Nashville at the age of 97, according to his family.
Cohen was a great biochemist, his death was announced on Twitter by Vanderbilt Health @VUMChealth
Stan Cohen in his career days discovered EGF and EGFR which set the stage for many modern targeted cancer therapies.
There is no cause of death said in the passing of Stan
