A Girl, 13, Found Dead And Her Sister, 12, Injured After Being Kidnapped By Their Uncle – Stephanie Chacon sound dead and her sister Hayli was injured after both kids where kidnapped by their uncle this week and left by the side of the highway,
Department of Public Safety troopers found the girls on Wednesday at around 9:30 p.m. The medical team declared, Stephanie dead at the scene, and Hayli was taken to a hospital in Phoenix.
