61-year-old Susan Frazier of Circleville has died. She passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019 due to injuries she sustained from vehicle accident that happened near Ohio 207.
Susan Frazier was pronounced dead at the Union Township EMS to Adena Regional Medical Center, where she was taken for treatment after the crash.
According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, Frazier was heading southbound in the northbound lanes of U.S. 23 at about 12:24 p.m. in a 2017 Chevy Sonic when she sideswiped a northbound 2006 Mercedes-Benz driven by Illinois resident.
After the initial impact, Frazier continued southbound in the northbound lanes and struck a 2016 Toyota 4-Runner. Frazier’s car and the 4-Runner came to rest in the median and Frazier’s vehicle ignited and became engulfed by fire.
