Tabari C. Anthony Death | Tabari C. Anthony Obituary – Tabari C. Anthony, 21, of Norfolk was involved in a shooting that costed him his life, according to Norfolk Police. Shortly before 11:30 p.m. on the 8th of August 2020 police were dispatched to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for the report of a gunshot victim. Tabari C. Anthony had arrived at the hospital with a life-threatening gunshot wound.He later died as a result of his injuries. Police determined that the shooting had happened around 11:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Wawa located at 3360 E. Princess Anne Road.
Investigations led to the arrest of Joseph K. Pagano, 20, of Norfolk, who is being charged with second degree murder and use of a firearm. Detectives have not released a motive or the circumstances surrounding this shooting. Pagano is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail with no bond.
