Thomus Donaghy Death – The Vancouver Police Department have released the identity of the man who was fatally stabbed to death on Monday, July 27 in Comox streets as 41-year-old Thomus Donaghy, a Vancouver resident.
A 41-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a fatal stabbing that occurred earlier this week.

The incident occurred on Monday evening in the West End, says the Vancouver Police Department.
According to the VPD, at exactly 8:30 pm, officers responded to a 9-1-1 call saying that the victim had been stabbed near Thurlow and Comox streets.
When they arrived, Donaghy was found and rushed to the hospital where he later was pronounced dead.
Donaghy worked at an Overdose Prevention.
According to the VPD, he went outside and was involved in an altercation that later resulted to a fistfight with the suspect prior to being stabbed. There were witnesses who saw the fight but haven’t spoken to the police.
According to Sergeant Aaron Roed, VPD Spokesperson,“We believe there may be additional witnesses to the dispute who have not yet called police. Any information they can provide could be critical to the investigation.”
Police are also looking for dashcam footage from any drivers that were in the area during the time of the murder. Investigation is still ongoing.
