Tim Smith Passed Away | Cause Of Death:

Tim Smith Passed away January 19, 2020 following a fatal vehicle crash that occurred Prospect on Route 69 (Litchfield Turnpike) near Downs Road, stated report.

Tim Smith died Sunday at about 4:45 p.m in accident, stated report.

Smith was ridden home after responding to house fire in Orange, when his vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a tree, he was rendered unresponsive at the scene of the crash, said police.

Tim was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. He was survived by two daughters namely: Hannah and Alexa, said police.

The causes leading to the crash remains under investigation.
