Tom Brinkworth Death | Tom Brinkworth Obituary – Tom Brinkworth passed away at his Kingston South East home, Water Valley Station at the age of 83. Tom Brinkworth was one of Australia’s largest landholders and pastoralist. According to a post made by ABC South East SA on the 20th of August 2020, the Brinkworth empire spans more than a million hectares of land across the country, including more than 250,000 hectares in the South East.
Tom Brinkworth the visionary, reclusive and sometimes controversial farmer owned more than 100 properties, including Riverina icon Uardry Station, and made headlines in 2013 when he drove 18,000 cattle from Queensland to New South Wales. Reports says in 2018, he made news locally when he saved Kingston’s famous Larry the Lobster. He is survived by his wife Pat, sons Angas and Ben, and daughter Annabel. We extend our condolences.
