Lorenzo Armando Rubio Found Dead | Obituary
56-year-old Lorenzo Armando Rubio was found dead, pinned between a forklift and a storage rack at Toro Border Operations warehouse at 1440 Don Haskins.
Rubio was discovered by a coworker. He died on Tuesday and was the only employee working in that area of the warehouse before his death.
Robert Schmitt, senior manager for human resources at Toro, released a statement Tuesday, saying the company is fully cooperating with investigators and stressed employee safety is its top priority.
“This is a tragic day for the family, employees and the entire organization that have been affected by the death of an employee at our El Paso distribution center,” Schmitt said.
