Tyrell Penny Death | Obituary – Tyrell Penny age 27 was shot and killed in southeast Portland on Saturday, July 25, 2020, At around 7:12 p.m., officers were called out to the area of Southeast Division Street and Southeast 158th Avenue.
The other man, who has not been identified, was taken to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. There is no word on his current condition.
We are never ready to say goodbye forever even though we know it is a part of life. This day our hearts are heavy for losing someone so special, but as we mourn your death, we also celebrate your life. Rest in peace.
