On behalf of the Village Board and all of the residents we are deeply saddened by the passing of Wayne Parks and express our deepest condolences to the Parks Family.Wayne was larger than life, a family man, business owner and a pillar of our community. He touched many lives over the years and if you met Wayne you loved him. I enjoyed watching him ride his bike over the years and chided him at every opportunity for not wearing a helmet. He will be sorely missed and was taken from us far too soon.
