Wayne Watkins Death – Obituary: a 54-year-old man from Northeast Washington has died in single-vehicle accident that happened on South Capitol Street SE, D.C. police reported.
Watkins was traveling on northbound lanes of the 2700 block of South Capitol, negotiating a curve when his vehicle struck the right guard rail.

The vehicle however crossed the left lane, struck the left guard and rolled over.
Wayne Watkins was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said they wanted to hear from anyone with knowledge of what happened.
