Woman and Two Children Found Dead at Home Near Mannford – 40-year-old Rhiannon Gagnon, 16-year-old Tara Gagnon, and 12-year-old Rylee Gagnon were identified as the victims found dead inside a home in Mannford Tuesday night. “Pretty decent family from at least what I could tell, I don’t know behind scenes,” said Rayce Spencer. Spencer said he was friends with one of the victims.
“Everyone was really upset, destroyed by it because everybody knew them,” Spencer said. Living in a small town, Spencer said the deaths are hitting the community hard.
“It’s taking a toll on everyone,” Spencer said.
