Yatcey Estell Death – The Jackson Police Department has released the identity of the man who was shot to death on Sunday morning, July 26, 2020 as Yatcey Estell, 36.
The police says the shooting took place around 7 a.m. in the 3500 block of Sunset Drive.

Estell was transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in a private vehicle where he was pronounced dead, according to JPD.
Reports have it that a possible altercation between Estell and another person resulted from a separate altercation between two neighbors.
Estell’s death is recorded as the 63rd homicide of 2020 in Jackson against 82 homicides in 2019.
Investigation is still ongoing.
