A Birthday Without The Guest Of Honor – Zachary Pulliam’s family of Davidson County celebrates his birthday even after his demise on Monday night.
Zachary Pulliam was a 25-year-old young man who was reported missing last month and his body found two days after by the first responders in a water near the swimming area at Buddle Creek.

According to Jessica Dalton, Zachary’s mum “You know how you always hear the cliche, ‘Oh, I have a hole in my heart.’ I know what that means. I know what that feels like. I have two boys, and half of my heart is gone.”
The Pulliam’s family gathered close to the shoreline where his body was found on the night of his 26th birthday and lit candles in his memory.
His mother stated that it is impossible for her to heal owing to the fact that she doesn’t have answers to why her son ended up in the water. “I want the truth about what happened to my son. Good, bad, indifferent, I just need to know the truth. I can’t properly grieve because I don’t know what I’m grieving. I’m grieving the physical form of my son being gone,” said Jessica.
Anyone with further information to aid the circumstances around Zachary’s death is asked to call the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.
