Patric Vitek has died. He passed away on the 1st of November, 2019 at the age of thirteen (13). Vitek was killed in a bicycle accident.
He was riding a bicycle on Diffley Road when he was struck by a car. He passed away shortly. The Eagan community has rallied to support Patric’s family.
Residents are also calling for city officials to make the road safer to cross near three schools in the area.
Patric Vitek’s Funeral
Patric will be remembered during a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, at the Church of St. Thomas Becket in Eagan. A gathering for family and friends was set for Nov. 7 at Klecatsky & Sons Eagan Chapel and one hour prior to the Mass on Friday. A private interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
