David Schubert Death | David Schubert Obituary – David Schubert age 77 passed away on August 6, 2020.in La Jolla, California, On Aug. 4, he was diagnosed with B cell lymphoma and hospitalized at UC San Diego Thornton Hospital, where he died just two days later on Aug. 6. He was a an amazing person, he contributed passionately to his community and country. He will be greatly missed.
“We are deeply saddened by the news of Dave’s passing,” Salk President Rusty Gage said in a statement. “He was one of the earliest graduate students at Salk and spent close to 55 years of his scientific career here. Dave will be greatly missed and we are forever thankful for his contributions to our research community.”
